Tso

360 to shoonya

Tso is about navigating the full circle back to zero — back to yourself, after shedding the layers that time piles on.

A space for research and experimentation in human experience and consciousness, built for people who are functioning on the outside and quietly out of contact with themselves on the inside.

Our first room — The Awareness Lab

Edge City, GOA. 26TH – 28TH OCTOBER 2026

An experiment in meeting yourself.

A three-day residency exploring the many ways we experience, construct and understand ourselves — through movement, sensation, psychology, creativity, conversation and stillness.

A small group.
A shared environment.
Sensors to track every moment.
Many ways of looking inward to increase awareness.

Apply to the Awareness Lab

Functioning on the outside.
Out of contact within.

Capable, working, outwardly fine. A flatness underneath the life they built. A fatigue that rest doesn't fix. A quiet loss of contact with themselves, and no language for what's missing.

When something inside a person starts to come apart, there are two established places to go. Clinical care does essential work, and does it for people in acute need. Wellness offers rest and relief, and often delivers exactly that. Neither was designed for the person above.

Tso is being built for them.

VISION · TECHNOLOGY

If you can measure what happens in a stadium, what can you measure in a room?

Rahat founded Quidich, which builds the AI tracking, camera and graphics systems that show what actually happened in live sport. Tso turns the same instinct on a harder subject.

Portrait of Aayna

Community · Culture · Space

What happens when the spaces we create change how we experience ourselves?

Aayna shapes the questions Tso explores, and works across community, culture and space to turn them into experiences.

Operations · Logistics

What does it take to turn an idea into an experience?

Kushagrra makes the practical conditions for Tso’s experiments and residencies possible.

AI · Data

What might we see if we could understand human experience from more than one perspective?

Soham explores how AI and data might illuminate patterns across experience, behaviour, context and physiology — without replacing our own understanding of ourselves.

Psychology · Clinical Direction

Can we understand the different selves within us — and change our relationship to them?

Dr. Shyam K. Bhat provides the psychological framework and clinical direction for the Awareness Lab, drawing on his work in Integral Self Therapy.

Therapeutic Philosophy

What creates the conditions for us to return to ourselves?

Emma explores therapeutic philosophy, bringing together different approaches to understand what genuinely helps people reconnect with themselves.
